Catherine Sakaue has one of the most complex jobs in the office as insurance coordinator. In today’s world of constantly changing benefits, co-pays, deductibles and allowables, keeping up and understanding this maize of information is a daunting task but somehow she understands and correctly applies the billing. She is always available to answer questions and explain the Explanation of Benefits or EOB’s. Her positive attitude in a confusing world is her greatest asset and we appreciate her work very much.

Her job at the front desk is like air traffic control at the airport but somehow she knows where everyone is and where they are going.
