Guadalupe Preciado is a Medical Administrative Assistant at Health Advantage Physical Medicine, where she provides professional services to patients. She is a dynamic individual with adapt skills in helping patients to continue their care in the office by scheduling patients’ future appointments. Guadalupe also helps in assisting in all medical office administration duties. She is a very dedicated and hard working person when trying to achieve her goals.
Catherine SakaueFront Desk Supervisor
Catherine Sakaue has one of the most complex jobs in the office as insurance coordinator. In today’s world of constantly changing benefits, co-pays, deductibles and allowables, keeping up and understanding this maize of information is a daunting task but somehow she understands and correctly applies the billing. She is always available to answer questions and explain the Explanation of Benefits or EOB’s. Her positive attitude in a confusing world is her greatest asset and we appreciate her work very much.
Stacey TrangMedical Coordinator and New Patient Coordinator

Her job is make sure your inclusion in our office is seamless and smooth letting you know you came to the right place. She also is our communication director and she plans the best birthday parties!
