Jan Hermann is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), originally from Brazil, with a background in trigger points (TrP), sports massage and deep tissue massage. As a former athlete himself, Jan understands the aches and pains that may occur from the day to day usage or any injuries that may affect the optimal performance of our bodies. Working with our multi-faceted staff, Jan will help shorten the recovery time, and ease pain during the process.
CHRISTINA SHEPHERD LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Christina Shepherd is a certified and licensed massage therapist. She went to school for sports and rehabilitation therapy and massage at Fremont College and received her degree. She has been a massage therapist for over 6 years. Her passion is working on clients with pain and injuries and employing some relaxation techniques to aid in the healing process. Watching the patient progress over a period of time in the healing process is a joy to her. Being a massage therapist is not just a job for her, but a mission and passion.
